The IT Department owns all technology needs for Dandy. In this role, you’ll assist the IT Corporate Team with various tasks to ensure the high reliability of the IT infrastructure. If you like working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving and improving, this is an excellent place for you!\nWhat You'll Do\nAssist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to network, server, workstation, and cloud systems.\n\nMonitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of all IT systems\n\nManage user accounts and access controls, including Active Directory and other authentication mechanisms\n\nProvide technical support to end-users, including remote support globally\n\nProvide technical support for specialty software applications\n\nAssist with IT projects and initiatives as needed\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support and incident response\n\nManage patching and updates for operating systems, applications, and firmware across workstations, servers, and network devices\n\nEnforce security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), endpoint protection, and device compliance\n\nCreate and maintain clear technical documentation, including procedures, system configurations, and knowledge base articles for end-users\n\nOn-site office support required every day\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nProficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is an absolute and inherent requirement for this position. The ability to effectively communicate in English is critical for successfully performing the duties of this role\n\n3+ years of professional experience working in an IT role\n\nKnowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory, and Google Workspace\n\nUnderstanding of ITIL principles and best practices\n\nExperience with Windows operating systems and hardware\n\nExperience with macOS operating systems and hardware\n\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nBonus Points For\nRelevant industry certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA\n\nExperience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP\n\nExperience with Asset Management\n\nExperience with automation systems, like BetterCloud and Zapier\n\nFamiliarity with scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Bash, Python\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\nProficiency in the English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is an absolute and inherent requirement for this position.
