Present management with regular reporting on any topic requested by the management team.\n Business experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting is preferred.\n Long Term / Short Term Disability Claims background is preferred.\n MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible for the overall production, performance, and quality of the assigned region. \nPlans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.\nMeasures productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.\nCoordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and IT and BA to ensure successful production operations.\nDetermines labor needs to meet production goals.\nSupervisory Responsibilities: \nHires and trains new employees.\nOrganizes and oversees the schedules and work of assigned staff.\nConducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.\nHandles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.\nOversee the deposition process at the request of the client or defense counsel.\nOther duties as assigned.\nEDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:\nAn Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.\nJOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:\nBusiness experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred.\nBusiness experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting is preferred.\nLong Term / Short Term Disability Claims background is preferred.\nJOB RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:\nPresent exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines. The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines.
