As an Account Manager, you will be the face of Danfoss, building powerful relationships with our fluid conveyance distribution channel partners across the Northeast US. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not being offered for this position.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive profitable sales growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with our distribution partners throughout your territory.\nAct as a trusted advisor to distributors and their customers, understanding their technical needs and delivering high-value fluid conveyance solutions.\nDevelop and execute strategic sales plans for your assigned accounts, ensuring we meet and exceed our ambitious growth targets.\nLead impactful quarterly business reviews with key partners to align strategy, review performance, and plan for future success.\nServe as the expert on your market, gathering and communicating key intelligence to keep Danfoss ahead of the curve.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within hydraulics, fluid power, or a related industrial field.\nA Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical and commercial skills.\nProven success in managing accounts and building relationships, ideally within a distribution channel sales model.\nExcellent communication skills and the technical aptitude to understand and sell complex system solutions.\nThe ability to travel up to 50% across the territory\nExperience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and market activity is a strong plus.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
