Your expertise will help safeguard our digital assets while empowering colleagues worldwide to work effectively and securely.\nYou’ll collaborate with global IT teams, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners in a collaborative, innovative, and security-focused environment.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nManage, support, and provide consultancy on multiple IAM solutions, ensuring best practices are followed.\nGuide and support business users and IT colleagues globally in IAM processes and tools.\nAdminister user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, Exchange Online, SAP, and Saviynt.\nLead and execute enhancement initiatives to improve IAM services and processes.\nProvide global technical support to end users, ensuring timely issue resolution.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in IAM or related areas.\nFluent English to collaborate effectively with a global team.\nStrong knowledge of user rights management and tools like Active Directory, Entra ID, Office 365, and Exchange Online.\nExperience with IGA platforms-preferably Saviynt, but SailPoint, Okta, or similar is also valuable.\nSolid understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and processes such as entitlement reviews and automation of access management.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
