Your work will directly improve the safety, quality, and productivity of our operations, making our business more sustainable and competitive.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAct as a key player in integrating our core manufacturing systems (MES, HMI, and ERP) to create a seamless, data-driven production environment.\nProvide critical hands-on and remote IT support for our manufacturing sites across the globe, ensuring our systems are always running at their best.\nServe as the go-to technical expert for our factory teams, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering innovative solutions that improve safety, quality, and productivity.\nDevelop and share best practices for our manufacturing IT systems, creating the clear documentation and training that empowers our global teams.\nParticipate in a 'follow-the-sun' support model, collaborating with a global team and traveling internationally to lead key project implementations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA Bachelor's degree in a Manufacturing or IT-related field is preferred, but equivalent professional experience will be considered.\n4+ years of hands-on IT experience directly supporting manufacturing and shop floor systems.\nA strong understanding of the manufacturing execution layer, with familiarity of concepts like ISA-95 and ITIL.\nWorking experience with SQL databases and SSRS reporting.
