By identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, you'll contribute directly to efficient project execution, stronger governance, and a more standardized data environment.\nWorking closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Master Data, and project teams, you'll help ensure critical business data supports operational excellence and long-term business success.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead Procurement master data cleansing, validation, and standardization activities to improve data quality and support the successful execution of AlfaGomma integration and R13 objectives.\nAnalyze Procurement master data, identify inconsistencies, and drive timely resolution of data quality issues in collaboration with key stakeholders.\nPartner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Master Data, and IT teams to ensure data aligns with business requirements, governance standards, and project milestones.\nUse data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements, improve data accuracy, and reduce operational risks.\nDocument best practices, support knowledge sharing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen master data governance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEssential Qualifications\nExperience in master data management, data analysis, procurement operations, supply chain processes, or a related field.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a project-driven environment.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to present findings and engage stakeholders clearly and professionally.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nExperience working with SAP or other ERP systems.\nExperience supporting data cleansing, data migration, integration, or data governance initiatives.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
