Accomplishes the engineering tasks in a cost effective and timely manner.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDemonstrates ability to follow and execute given development methodology.\nImproves the functional capabilities of existing products.\nSolves functional, applications or production problems.\nConceives of new features on new or existing products.\nProvides technical assistance to marketing, sales and service.\nAssists in the preparation of brochures.\nUse existing approaches to development, design, application, test.\nDevelops original or innovative approaches to engineering design, cost reduction and problem solving.\nDevelops thorough product understanding.\nMaintains updated knowledge of engineering techniques and technology relative to Danfoss products.\nUnderstands who the customers are and their requirements, expectations and needs.\nProvides value to customers by seeking and responding to customer feedback.\nEvaluates situations objectively and demonstrates the ability to make timely decisions that are intended to have a positive effect on work performance.\nOrganizes, prioritizes and completes work assignments with quality and in a timely manner.\nAnticipates problem areas in advance.\nApplies creative approaches and ideas to solve problems, maximizing effective use of appropriate resources.\nManages project schedules and reporting responsibilities.\nShows ability to supervise and mentor an intern.\nFollows safety regulations and actively contributes to work safety.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science from an accredited college or university.\nSoftware programming experience is required, at least 3 years of related experience. \nKnowledge of electrical components and embedded control systems.\nBe good at C programming skills, and solve complex algorithms control using C program.\nBe familiar with IEC61131-3 standard, Codesys programming experience for mobile machine.\nFamiliar with the software development process, and be familiar with project management software.\nIt is a plus that this person has hardware design background and/or experience.\nExperience in the mobile hydraulics field is a plus. \nAble to listen, read and write English.
