Based in Magarpatta, India, this role reports to the Senior Manager, Data Science Technologies.\nYour impact?\nYou will design and develop new architectures of ‘Digital Solutions’, along with exposure to solution deployments that meet application-specific technical and futuristic technology in the domain of ‘AI & Data Science’. You’ll collaborate with the DIIC I&D and Engineering organization and take ownership of deployed solutions and algorithms.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsible to create data architectures & data integration activities needed for not only business critical processes, but also for machines & equipment in factories. Responsible for entire data architecture from factory asset to cloud, enabling the ‘Intelligent Solutions’.\nSupport ‘Business Intelligence’ projects enabling AI- assisted salaried productivity and creating tangible solution which stakeholders can use to see business impact.\nSupport business system integration activities for projects aligned with the theme ‘Factories of Future’ and ‘Process Intelligence’.\nAI capability building- learn by doing: success story creation with cross-functional teams from BU/ Divisions & shared services\nHave good understanding of ‘Agentic AI’ systems & willingness to develop ‘AI Agents’ in-line with application/ business specific requirements.\nWhat We're Looking For\n Any Engineering graduate (B.E./ B.Tech.) with 2-4 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or entry-level roles in data science, AI/ML solution developments, operations analytics, or related fields with relevant project experience.\nMUST HAVE hands-on experience with Python and other programming languages to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions\nHands-on experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition), object detection, and time-series prediction for taking engineering decisions.\nGood to have knowledge about Computer Vision algorithms\nHands-on experience with field data analysis and providing actionable insights.\nHands-on experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, data refresh, validation, and working with large datasets.\nFoundational knowledge of SQL and exposure to Python or other programming language through coursework, certifications, or self-driven learning.\nComfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams, with good communication skills and openness to feedback.\nHigh learning agility is greatly appreciated- candidates who have gone the extra mile to learn new tools or skills through courses, certifications, side projects, or hands-on experimentation in AI/ ML domain is preferred.\nPublication in high-quality journals or reputed conferences is highly desirable\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
