Prepare and maintain manufacture technical data for motor and inverter products to support new product introduction and mass manufacture.\n2. Maintain BOM information and ensure manufacture-related master data are accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.\n3. Create and maintain work order information, and coordinate the resolution of related data or execution issues.\n4. Maintain the maufacture traceability system and ensure product and process records are accurate and traceable.\n5. Configure and maintain manufacture test parameters, and support the validation and troubleshooting of testing processes.\n6. Products rating plate data maintainence.\n7. Create and maintain purchase requisitions for the Operations Department, and follow up on the procurement of required materials, tools, and services.\n8. Develop and update manufacture technical documents, including PPAP filesSOPWI and other relevant documentation.\n9. Develop, improve, and maintain process tooling and fixtures to meet manufacture, quality, and safety requirements.\n10.Complete other manufacture engineering tasks assigned by the department.\nWhat We're Looking For\n1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.\n2. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of manufacturing or process engineering experience are preferred.\n3. Basic knowledge of motor and inverter manufacturing processes, BOM structures, work orders, and manufacture master data.\n4. Familiarity with manufacture traceability systems, test parameters, and product datasheets; able to identify and verify technical information accurately.\n5. Ability to prepare and maintain manufacture technical documents, including PPAP files, SOPs, and work instructions.\n6. Basic capability in the design, development, and maintenance of process tooling and fixtures.\n7. Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to support troubleshooting of manufacture-line issues.\n8. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, Team center, or related manufacturing systems is preferred.\n9. Good communication skills; basic English reading and writing skills for technical documents.\n10.
