You’ll help us move toward a more efficient and customer-centric future, where innovation meets precision in every product we deliver.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nInterpret customer specifications and identify appropriate Fluid Conveyance products\nWork with customer on design issues, develop configuration to meet specifications & create CAD drawings.\nCoordinate prototypes development to meet/exceed customer requirements\nStrong mathematical aptitude and the ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\nConfers with manufacturing, marketing, engineering, and other personnel to prepare product design modifications as required.\nDemonstrates effective communications both verbal & written with customer, team members and cross functional departments.\nExperience in comprehension and creation of Engineering documentation\nDemonstrated knowledge and use of GD&T and tolerance stack-up\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.\nAbility to work on multiple projects / project teams simultaneously with emphasis on key customer prioritization\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering\nMin 1-3 years’ experience for bachelor’s degree in product application engineering in hydraulics domain\nProficient in CREO / AutoCAD and shall have hands on experience\nKnowledge of engineering standards like EN/SAE/ISO etc.\nGeometric Dimensioning & Tolerance (GD&T), Stack Up analysis, etc.\nBasic Knowledge of DMAIC / Lean methodology\nFamiliar with PLM and Engineering change management process and execution of changes thru PLM.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
