By supporting the lifecycle management, strategic pricing, and go-to-market initiatives of key product lines, you will help us optimize our global portfolio, align cross-functional teams, and ensure we remain an innovative and trusted partner. This is an onsite role with a pay range of 70-85K.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nSupport regional execution of the product lifecycle strategy, rationalization and strategic pricing. \nSupport global Product Manager to establish and execute strategic plans of one or multiple dedicated product lines globally. \nWork with cross-functional global teams to develop commercial plans. \nDrive focused go-to-market activity and push key initiatives that align with the Data Center business unit commercial and business development strategies. \nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired (basic) Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field required. \nExperience handling technical product lines in this or similar industries. \nExperience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines. \nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align and effectively engage with stakeholders. \nAbility to travel 10% both domestic and internationally.\nPreferred qualifications\nKnowledge of data center infrastructure (preferably hose and fittings), liquid cooling technologies, thermal management solutions, or related technology markets is preferred. \nJob Criteria\nAbility to deeply understand technical products to lead discussions on quality, product enhancements, and customer feedback. \nExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail to align and work effectively across teams. \nStrong self-motivation and accountability to take ownership and drive projects end-to-end. \nExcellent organizational skills to manage shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and fast-paced situations with accuracy and professionalism. \nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
