Prepare user requirements specifications (URS) and approve designs and execution.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCollaborate with IT, Engineering, and Operations to deliver support to automation systems across the site\nDevelop best practices across the following disciplines: in process test/instrumentation; process automation (PLC, HMI, VFD, Robot); data acquisition; SCADA; MES\nDesign, program, test and maintain control panels, logic, and graphics to meet production requirements\nConcept development, prototype testing, engineering design, and collaboration with 3rd parties on system build, integration testing, project management, implementation, and handoff to operations.\nSupport advanced trouble-shooting and improvement of existing material flow systems\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum of BS Degree in Engineering or Industrial Technology or related industrial control system field.\nAt least 5 years related working experience.\nKnowledge of Siemens Automation or equivalent, PLCs, OPC, HMIs, VFDs, and Industrial Robotic Programming are required for this position.\nProject Management skills and understanding of managing priority levels of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment while delivering results in a timely manner are important.\nPrevious development and maintenance of a Siemens or equivalent Automation and MES.\nSiemens or Bosch automation knowledge a plus\nLean production experience\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
