This role will play a key part in supporting the controlling team to develop and implement a framework to improve transparency and reporting standards within the plant.\nITAR Compliance Notice:This position requires use of or access to information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.\nPerform cost analysis and follow-up on all cost categories (variable costs, OVC, FE etc.) on monthly and ad hoc basis.\nCheck deviations between planned and actual costs and make proposals to minimize them.\nWorking with the different departments on improving results, understanding gaps and helping to close gaps.\nProvide financial information needed for different departments for analyses.\nAssist in the preparation of plant forecast, including deviation analysis to budget and previous forecast.\nTimely and accurate preparation of financial management reporting for the plant (including KPI reporting analyses, trends).\nIdentifying and communicating risks and opportunities to Management Team resulting from analysis. Make proposal for correction and improvements. \nAssisting and advising on new processes and procedures.\nTraining of organization at all levels within the plant.\nFacilitate yearly costing run and secure organizational involvement in validation of standards, including monthly material ledger.\nTransfer price calculation, mark up calculation, and analysis for tax reporting.\nParticipate in Group projects related to the financial area, such as reporting, system implementations, new ERP projects, etc.\nAssist all levels in organization with financial questions on a day-to-day basis.\nWhat We're Looking For\n Required (basic) qualifications -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance/accounting or similar is mandatory; any other certification in finance and accounting will be highly valued\n3+ years’ experience in controlling or finance in an international manufacturing company \n\nPreferred qualifications - any other certification in finance and accounting will be highly valued\n Job Criteria -High level of proficiency in IT tools (e.g. Microsoft Office - especially Excel, PowerPoint)\nDemonstrate strong analytical skills\nDefine problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions\nInteract with sensitivity in a cross-cultural environment\nDemonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
