Your work will help identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement across the operation.\nIf you enjoy problem-solving, analyzing data, and finding better ways of working, this internship offers valuable exposure to manufacturing engineering and operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport manufacturing and process improvement projects by analyzing workflows, material handling methods, and production processes to improve operational performance.\nCollect and evaluate operational data using statistical analysis, observations, and time studies to help establish efficient work standards and identify improvement opportunities.\nCreate and update process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documents.\nDevelop equipment, workspace, and facility layouts using 2D/3D CAD tools to improve productivity, workflow, and space utilization.\nPartner with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and support project execution while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with junior or senior standing preferred.\nAbility to analyze data, apply mathematical and statistical concepts, and use structured problem-solving methods to improve processes.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and other business productivity tools.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and operations teams.\nAbility to work a minimum of 20 hours per week between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and perform activities that may include standing, walking, and occasionally lifting materials within a manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
