You will develop new product variants, maintain existing product documentation, and drive engineering changes that support production, quality, and purchasing.\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to follow a product from concept to reality. You will create designs and technical documentation in CAD, contribute to innovative power electronics solutions, and see your work become physical products used in real-world applications. Your expertise will help ensure our products remain competitive, reliable, and aligned with the latest industry standards.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead and support new product development and product innovation projects, creating new variants within existing power module product families.\nDevelop and maintain CAD models, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, and related technical documentation.\nDrive engineering changes for products, materials, and manufacturing processes while ensuring alignment with production, quality, and purchasing requirements.\nParticipate in prototype builds, sample evaluations, and product validation activities, documenting results and supporting successful product implementation.\nCollaborate closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to define product specifications and deliver solutions that meet market and customer needs.\nWhat We're Looking For\nDegree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Candidates with a Mechanical Engineering background and exposure to electrical engineering are also encouraged to apply.\nKnowledge of engineering principles and a strong interest in power electronics and product development.\nExperience using a 3D CAD system such as CATIA, SolidWorks, or a comparable design tool and awareness of GPS (Geometrical Product Specification) and engineering drawing standards.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nAbility to interpret technical requirements, solve engineering challenges, and collaborate effectively across functions.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe offer you the opportunity to work in a stable international company where you will be part of a team resposible for the technical development and documentation of power module products throughout their lifecycle.\nThe minimum annual gross salary for a permanent employment contract is EUR 30,000.
