Financial Leadership & Business Partnering\nServe as the primary finance partner to the Editron leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and strategic recommendations.\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and actionable analysis.\nEvaluate business drivers, operational metrics, and profitability trends to guide leadership decisions.\nSupport strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, new product introductions, and investment cases with robust financial modeling.\n2. Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management\nOwn the divisional profit plan, strategic plan, and rolling forecasts.\nLead variance analysis, cost control insights, and scenario modeling to ensure predictable performance.\nMonitor key financial KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.\nEnsure timely and accurate financial closure and reporting.\n3. Operational Finance & Cost Excellence\nPartner with plant controllers across Editron sites to ensure consistent financial governance and operational alignment.\nDrive cost optimization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, and standard cost updates.\nStrengthen productivity, utilization, and capital spending governance through data-driven insights.\n4. Cross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align financial decisions with business strategy.\nSupport global Editron expansion activities with financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment planning.\nBuild strong relationships with finance peers across Danfoss to ensure consistency and best-practice sharing.\n5.
