Working on-site alongside a multidisciplinary engineering team, you will help bring new technologies from concept through qualification and into successful customer applications.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign and validate electrical and electronic components, helping deliver reliable products for new product development projects.\nDevelop test specifications and verification plans that ensure products meet international and company standards.\nPerform qualification, verification, and emissions testing, generating clear reports that support engineering decisions.\nCollaborate with systems, software, and product engineers to successfully integrate electronics into customer solutions.\nDrive improvements in test methods, standards, and verification processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience designing, developing, and testing PCBAs or electronic hardware, with a strong focus on product validation and testing.\nKnowledge of electrical components, sensors, or electronic control systems.\nHands-on experience with one or more engineering tools such as Altium, Orcad, PADS, MATLAB, Ansys, or LTSpice.\nAbility to create technical documentation, test reports, and engineering records with a high level of accuracy.\nDegree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, you will join a collaborative and technically curious engineering team that values knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nYou will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that supports electrification, improved energy efficiency, and reduced CO₂ emissions.
