Your work will help transform innovative ideas into reliable products that support a more sustainable future.\nWorking alongside experts in power electronics, software, controls, testing, and manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to grow your technical expertise while making a meaningful impact on global electrification solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign and develop electronic hardware for power conversion products, helping bring innovative technologies from concept to market.\nCreate schematics, perform circuit calculations, and maintain engineering documentation to support high-quality product development.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that deliver strong performance, reliability, and manufacturability.\nTest and validate prototypes, analyze results, and solve technical challenges to improve product quality and robustness.\nContribute to the development of future power conversion technologies, including new semiconductor solutions and converter topologies.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.\nExperience in electronic hardware development, power electronics, or industrial product development gained through work, internships, research projects, or academic studies.\nUnderstanding of power electronic circuits, including converters, inverters, power supplies, gate drives, and protection functions.\nHands-on experience with circuit design, simulation, laboratory testing, and engineering verification activities.\nExperience with engineering tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, OrCAD, LTspice, PLECS, MATLAB/Simulink, PSPICE, Teamcenter, SAP, or equivalent solutions, combined with good analytical and problem-solving skills.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, you will work on technologies that are helping shape the future of electrification and sustainable energy systems.
