Your work will directly contribute to successful product improvements, faster issue resolution, and stronger cross-functional collaboration across global teams.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLeading complex engineering initiatives supporting existing Aeroquip Fluid Conveyance products, including technical support, cost-out activities, product dispositions, and design improvements\nDeveloping product designs by defining geometry, materials, concepts, and technical specifications while validating design decisions through engineering calculations and analysis\nCollaborating with cross-functional and global teams, including drafting resources and manufacturing partners, to coordinate prototypes, testing, and product implementation activities\nApplying advanced engineering tools, structured problem-solving methods, and performance analysis to resolve technical challenges and improve product reliability\nManaging multiple engineering projects simultaneously while ensuring clear communication, technical reporting, milestone execution, and alignment across stakeholders\nPartnering with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product management, and engineering teams to solve technical challenges and support business objectives\nInvestigating product performance issues, evaluating root causes, and implementing engineering solutions that improve reliability, quality, and customer satisfaction\nLeading product improvement, cost reduction, and technical support projects for Aeroquip hydraulic hose products and related fluid conveyance solutions\nReviewing test data, engineering analyses, and product requirements to make informed technical decisions and recommendations\nManaging multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating activities across global teams and maintaining alignment with key milestones\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.\nLegally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship\nMust be within 50 miles of the Van Wert, OH; Maumee, OH; or Mountain Home, AR facility.
