We're looking for someone who is a strong communicator, self-starter, team player and professional!\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nGeneral support of ongoing research programs with both hands-on and theoretical engineering work \nAnalyze, design, assemble, test and troubleshoot prototype multi-domain systems (hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, software and controls) \nPrototype testing in laboratory and vehicle environments \nDocument results and draw conclusions to support lead engineers \nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired (basic) qualifications\nEnrollment in an Engineering Bachelor of Science degree program at an accredited institution. Students in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering or related fields are encouraged to apply. \nAuthorized to work in the United States without work authorization. \nAt least 60 credit hours of college coursework completed by summer 2027. In other words, we are primarily looking for sophomore and junior level students.\nWe will consider applicants with at least 30 credit hours completed with an exceptional skill set and work experience. \nPreferred qualifications\nDemonstrated hands-on mechanical, electrical and/or software aptitudeSoftware & controls, including embedded controls \nMechatronics \nMATLAB and Simulink or other simulation focused platforms \n3D CAD & analysis software \n\nExperience with hydraulic systems and components. Prior experience with the operation of farming, construction, or industrial equipment is a plus. \nExperience working with multi-disciplinary teams including mechanical, software, electronics, and vehicle systems \nStrong written and verbal communication skills \nSafety awareness, safety mindset, safe working habits \nJob Criteria\nIn-person presence.
