Working closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams, you’ll drive execution-focused initiatives that contribute to a more efficient and sustainable manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProvide hands-on technical support to manufacturing operations by helping ensure the reliable performance, availability, and continuous operation of production equipment, tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes.\nSupport the execution of engineering and process improvements through the implementation of approved changes, equipment upgrades, process validations, and manufacturing enhancement initiatives.\nAssist in equipment installation, start-up, and troubleshooting activities, helping identify and resolve process or equipment issues while collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams to minimize operational disruptions.\nMaintain and improve manufacturing documentation by creating, updating, and controlling work instructions, standard operating procedures, technical records, and other production-related documentation.\nContribute to quality, productivity, and problem-solving efforts by collecting and analyzing manufacturing data, participating in corrective actions, supporting testing activities, and monitoring process performance.\nPromote operational excellence and workforce capability by supporting DBS initiatives, training production personnel on approved work methods, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.\nWhat We're Looking For\nTechnical degree in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, mechatronics, automation, or related field required; Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.\n3-5 years of experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, tooling, fixtures, or assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process or equipment abnormalities, perform basic troubleshooting activities, and support corrective actions.\nEffective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with operators, technicians, engineers, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, including experience maintaining technical documentation, work instructions, records, and manufacturing data.\nIntermediate English proficiency and a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote internal growth and support your development through mentoring, training, and access to global career opportunities.\nYou’ll have the autonomy and support needed to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
