This role supports daily operations by responding to maintenance requests, conducting preventative maintenance, and assisting with facility improvement projects.\nThis is a 1st Shift position.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nEnsure compliance with Danfoss initiatives and all safety requirements, including eye safety, hearing conservation, machine guarding, ergonomic movement, lockout/tagout, MSDS procedures, and OSHA regulations.\nPerform general facility maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC support, and maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and safety of common areas, grounds, and storage areas.\nTroubleshoot, repair, and monitor equipment, building systems, fixtures, lighting, security, and HVAC systems; report abnormalities and potential failures before they occur.\nComplete scheduled preventative maintenance and document all maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance records according to established standards.\nRespond promptly and professionally to maintenance work orders, emergency repairs, and after-hours maintenance needs.\nSupport facility operations by assisting with workspace, furniture, and equipment setup/breakdown, managing maintenance inventory, and communicating effectively with team members, vendors, supervisors, and leadership.\nMeet departmental, plant, division, and corporate goals; adhere to supervisor expectations; participate in safety audits, inspections, and corrective actions; and perform other related duties as assigned.\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.\nTwo (2) to four (4) years facility maintenance, building operations, or related experience.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\nBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems, and the ability to read blueprints, schematics, or equipment manuals and proficiency with power tools.\nGood communication and customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.\nDemonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Preferred Qualifications\nExperience in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems is a plus.\nForklift certification or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days of employment.\n\nPhysical Requirements\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move +8 hour.\nAbility to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.\nWork within a manufacturing and warehouse environment exposed to varying temperatures, noise, dust, and moving equipment.\nAbility to safely navigate areas where inattention could result in injury.\nComfortable working in confined spaces or at heights as needed.\nThis is a safety sensitive position.\nThis position is classified as Safety-Sensitive under the Oklahoma Standards for Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Act.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
