As a Scrum Master, you will enable high-performing product development teams creating innovative solutions for energy storage, renewable energy integration, data centers, marine electrification, and industrial power systems. \n\nBased in Vaasa, Finland, with a hybrid work model, you will help multidisciplinary teams turn ideas into impactful products. By fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, you will create the conditions for teams to deliver customer value at speed and scale. \n\nWorking closely with Product Owners, engineers, architects, program managers, and business stakeholders, you will play a key role in strengthening agile ways of working and accelerating the development of technologies that help build a more sustainable future. \n\nWhat You'll Be Doing \n\n Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and planning activities that help teams stay aligned, focused, and positioned to deliver customer value. \n\n Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in agile principles and practices to strengthen collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. \n\n Remove impediments and address delivery challenges to improve flow, predictability, and team effectiveness. \n\n Drive transparency through planning, progress tracking, metrics, and stakeholder communication that support informed decision-making. \n\n Enable coordination across hardware, software, systems, and product validation teams to support successful product development outcomes. \n\nWhat We're Looking For \n\n A background as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Leader, or in a similar agile facilitation role within a product development environment. \n\n Practical experience applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and continuous improvement practices to support high-performing teams. \n\n Knowledge of working with cross-functional engineering teams, including hardware, software, systems engineering, testing, or industrial product development. \n\n The ability to facilitate discussions, navigate dependencies, remove obstacles, and build strong collaboration across diverse stakeholders. \n\n Familiarity with agile planning and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Polarion, Confluence, or similar platforms. \n\nWhat You'll Get from Us \n\nAt Danfoss, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to technologies that accelerate electrification and support the transition to more sustainable energy systems. \n\nYou will collaborate with talented colleagues across power electronics, energy storage, renewable energy, grid infrastructure, and industrial electrification while expanding your expertise in agile product development.
