The successful candidate will provide world-class technical and application support for Danfoss Turbocor® compressors within the Cooling division. Working closely with Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers, the Field Systems Engineer will deliver high-quality technical support to OEM customers across Europe.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nProvide technical and application support to OEM customers and sales teams across Europe, supporting both existing business and new opportunities.\nAct as the main technical point of contact for customers on product application, troubleshooting and quality-related topics.\nAnalyze compressor and refrigeration system issues, conduct failure analysis and drive structured problem-solving and corrective actions.\nRepresent the voice of the customer internally, sharing field insights to improve existing products and support new product development and launches.\nPlan and conduct customer visits, technical training, product demonstrations and other activities supporting customer satisfaction and business growth.\nCollaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality and other internal teams to address technical challenges and successfully execute customer and business initiatives.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering; Thermodynamics or a related field is an advantage.\n5+ years of relevant experience within the Air Conditioning & Refrigeration industry, with proven expertise in the design and application of refrigeration systems using Danfoss Turbocor® centrifugal compressors.\nStrong hands-on and theoretical knowledge of chillers, refrigeration systems and compressor applications.\nStrong technical analysis, troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills, combined with a customer-focused and business-oriented mindset.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent English required, while Italian, German or French is an advantage.\nAvailability to travel regularly across Europe to visit OEM customers, typically around 25% of working time, with potentially higher travel during peak periods.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
