Your work will directly influence how we plan, prioritize, and serve customers globally.\nBased in Oragadam, India, you'll join a highly collaborative Global SIOP team where transparency, continuous improvement, and cross-functional teamwork drive business performance and operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead the global demand planning process for 2 core Danfoss Drives businesses, ensuring reliable forecasts that support business and supply chain decisions.\nFacilitate demand review meetings with global and regional stakeholders to align assumptions and create a shared view of future demand.\nConvert market intelligence, commercial inputs, and data insights into realistic demand plans that can be effectively executed by operations teams.\nDrive forecast accuracy initiatives, helping improve planning quality, inventory outcomes, and customer delivery performance.\nSupport planning system enhancements, including SAP IBP initiatives, to strengthen planning capabilities, visibility, and decision-making.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain planning, or integrated business planning within a global or complex business environment.\nStrong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable business decisions.\nProven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, operations, and leadership teams.\nExperience working with demand planning systems, forecasting tools, or integrated planning platforms; SAP IBP experience is an advantage.\nWorking knowledge of Power BI, data structures, and forecasting performance metrics such as forecast accuracy.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a global organization that is helping drive sustainable transformation through innovation and technology.\nYou’ll work with experienced professionals across demand planning, operations planning, and inventory optimization while building your expertise in global supply chain planning.
