As part of our continued global growth, you will help shape best practices, drive continuous improvement, and create alignment across functions, while leveraging data and technology to make a measurable impact on our customers and business performance.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn and continuously improve demand forecasts for assigned products, markets, or business areas by combining data analysis with commercial and market insights.\nLead the monthly demand planning process and drive alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Planning, and other key stakeholders.\nAnalyze demand trends, forecast performance, and market developments to identify risks, opportunities, and actions that support better business decisions.\nTranslate customer developments, product launches, phase-outs, and other business changes into accurate and actionable demand plans.\nCollaborate closely with Supply Planning to align demand and supply while supporting inventory, service, and operational targets.\nContribute to the enhancement of demand planning processes, tools, automation, and digital capabilities to strengthen forecasting effectiveness.\nWhat We're Looking For\nEducational background in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.\nExperience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, or a related supply chain discipline.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.\nExperience working with Excel, ERP systems, planning tools, business intelligence platforms, or related technologies; knowledge of IBP is an advantage.\nGood understanding of forecasting principles and demand drivers, combined with the ability to communicate insights, challenge assumptions, and influence stakeholders across functions.\nA structured, proactive, and self-driven approach, combined with strong collaboration skills and professional English communication abilities.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
