From day one, you’ll be part of our finance team, take on meaningful challenges, bring your perspective to complex problems and help create smarter and more sustainable solutions.\nHow the Program Works\nStarting 1 September 2027you’ll complete three 8-month rotations, each designed to build the broad financial toolbox and business understanding needed for a career in Finance. The rotations follow a structured pathway to ensure exposure to essential Finance disciplines, rather than being individually selected.\nYour journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark and continues in regions such as the USA, Asia or Europe, depending on the program’s rotation plan.\nYou’ll work in cross-functional teams, both at our headquarters and close to operations on our production floors.
