Through data-driven decision-making, process standardization, and cross-functional collaboration, you will help optimize inventory, support business growth, and strengthen supply chain performance.\nAs part of a business experiencing significant global expansion, you will have the opportunity to shape best practices, drive continuous improvement, and make a visible impact on our customers and our business.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nOwn and drive the global inventory strategy, performance management, and inventory optimization agenda across regions and sites.\nMonitor inventory performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement actions that balance service levels, inventory investment, and cost.\nStandardize inventory processes, develop data-driven reporting, and lead cross-functional initiatives that strengthen global supply chain performance.\nDevelop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI) to support data-driven decision-making and inventory optimization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in inventory management within a multinational, multi-site manufacturing or supply chain environment.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive results in a global matrix organization.\nStrong analytical and business acumen, including the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights using tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nExperience working with S&OP/SIOP planning processes; knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is an advantage.\nA proactive, structured, and self-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing and evolving global environment.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
