In this role, you will own end-to-end payroll processing for Brazil, with a strong emphasis on accurate, compliant, and on-time payroll calculation. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders in Finance and Human Resources and act as a trusted point of contact for employees on all payroll-related matters.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nExecute end-to-end Brazilian payroll processing for salaried, hourly, and expatriate employees, ensuring calculations are correct, complete, and delivered on time.\nEnsure full compliance with Brazilian labor, tax, and social security regulations (e.g., CLT, eSocial, INSS, FGTS, IRRF).\nPartner with internal stakeholders - particularly Finance and HR - on payroll inputs, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities.\nServe as the point of contact for employee payroll questions, resolving inquiries promptly, clearly, and with a service-oriented mindset.\nMonitor payroll processes, identify discrepancies or risks, and resolve issues proactively.\nBring creativity and innovation to continuously improve payroll processes, controls, and documentation.\nSupport audits, internal controls, and ad hoc payroll projects as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nExtensive, hands-on knowledge of Brazilian payroll legislation, calculations, and statutory requirements.\nProven experience managing payroll for salaried, hourly, and expatriate employee populations.\nStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.\nDemonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholders, especially Finance and Human Resources.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to explain payroll topics clearly to employees.\nNice to Have\nPayroll experience in Chile, Argentina, and/or Colombia.\nKey Competencies\nLeadership and ownership\nEnthusiasm and a dynamic, hands-on working style\nAnalytical thinking\nCreativity and innovation\nProblem-solving under tight deadlines\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
