You’ll help bring our roadmap to life by driving the implementation of a document management system in 30 countries, supporting M&A activities and managing the transition of country activities into our centralized service operating model.\nYou’ll collaborate with colleagues across HR, IT, and the business, taking ownership of projects and improvement initiatives that help us move towards a more efficient and user-focused future.\nYou will be reporting to the Head of our EMEA Service Center and become part of a team of talented and dedicated HR Professionals located across EMEA.\nYou are based in Hungary, Poland, Slovenia, or Slovakia. You can either work remotely or from one of our offices: Budapest (Hungary), Grodzisk Mazowiecki, (Poland), Ljubljana, (Slovenia) or Povazska Bystrica (Slovakia).\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDeliver on our HR Services EMEA roadmap, focusing on our operating model, continuous improvement, and user experience.\nPlan and manage multiple projects of different sizes (e.g. system implementations, transitions and M&A activities), keeping stakeholders engaged and progress on track.\nSupport the implementation of global HR processes and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and strong adoption.\nIdentify opportunities for automation and digitalization and help bring practical improvements to life.\nAnalyze service quality and productivity trends, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize the use of ServiceNow.\nWhat We're Looking For\nMinimum 5 years of HR experience, ideally gained in an international shared services environment.\nExperience from a similar role, with a proven ability to manage projects, streamline HR processes and drive continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives\nStrong experience with HR request systems, especially ServiceNow.\nExcellent English language skills and the ability to communicate clearly across cultures and stakeholder groups.\nA self-driven, pragmatic mindset with strong collaboration, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nYou’ll have the autonomy to lead and deliver on a wide variety of projects - from transitions and process implementation to automation and digitalization initiatives - with a high degree of ownership.\nWe strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.\nYou’ll receive benefits on top of your salary.
