You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of process optimization, continuous improvement projects, and capital initiatives, helping us move toward a more innovative and efficient future.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the design and optimization of process flows, layouts, and material movement to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Support production cells with engineering assistance, ensuring availability and efficiency in assembly processes.
  • Collaborate on APQP activities including Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, and Control Plan inputs for new product launches.
  • Use your skills in Lean Manufacturing, time studies, and statistical analysis to drive improvements in KPIs such as OEE, efficiency, and scrap reduction.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities such as Kaizen, Ideas Programs, and cost-out initiatives to enhance operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or related field).
  • Proven experience in industrial/process engineering or continuous improvement.
  • Expertise in time study techniques (MOST, MODAPS, MTM, etc.) and continuous flow processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (or other drawing tools) and experience designing/implementing fixtures.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and suppliers.

  • Opportunities for career growth, mentoring, training, and access to global projects.
  • Flexibility and autonomy to deliver your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
  • An inclusive work environment where every voice is valued.
  • Benefits including 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more (varies by country).
  • A culture that promotes continuous learning and innovation.
