Primary role will be to provide cleaning service for the facility with a customer service mindset.\nThis is a 3rd Shift position.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMust be able to learn, apply, and retain new techniques, concepts and procedures required for continuously improving service.\nAbility to safely and effectively complete work requests.\nComplete required Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning activities.\nCreates/maintains a safe work environment and practices safety for self and others at all times.\nMaintain flexibility to be able to move from work area to work area in order to meet the expectations of the customers and the hygiene goals for the plant. Able to work efficiently to establish standards without constant supervision.\nPromotes cooperation and \"team oriented\" work environment at all times under the direction of the leadership.\nMonitors Facility issues, such as paper, soap dispensers and escalate to Facilities Team leader to ensure they are brought back up within a service level target.\nPartner and cooperate with maintenance to ensure repairs are made.\nAble to follow standard work. \nWhat We're Looking For\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.
