# Lead Engineer, Product

What You’ll Be Doing Research, design, evaluate mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles. Prepare designs, specifications, analysis and recommendations for development of new enclosed drive products. Lead new product introdcution (NPI) to plant activities, including but not limited to: Collaborate with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions or provide technical information. Lead prodcut analysis for failure, product improvement actions and tests. Regular daily engineering support to plant operation, marketing, sales, production management and all other related department. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required. 5+ years of experience working with product design/development and technical/engineering research. Experience of leading new product development and technical/engineering research as Engineer role. Sensitivity on product and technology evolution, with strong foresight into future trends.
