You'll work closely with engineers, technicians, and internal stakeholders across Danfoss, ensuring prototypes are built efficiently and projects move smoothly from start to finish.\nThe environment is dynamic, with multiple activities running in parallel and a strong focus on practical execution. While you'll take the technical lead on projects, this is not a people management role. Success comes from your ability to organize work, coordinate activities, and apply your technical knowledge to deliver working prototype solutions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nWorking as part of a newly established prototype team, you'll combine practical technical work with project coordination responsibilities.\nBuild and assemble prototype refrigeration systems and custom test setup\nCoordinate prototype activities from project kick-off through completion, ensuring tasks and workflows are organized and progressin\nWork from electrical, thermal, and P&ID drawings to build and troubleshoot prototype system\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Danfoss, including colleagues without an engineering backgroun\nSupport testing, problem-solving, and continuous improvements to prototype solutions and working methods\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou enjoy practical technical work and are comfortable taking ownership of activities from planning through execution.\nEssential qualifications:\nEducational background as a Marine Engineer, Automation Technician or similar technical discipline\nExperience building, assembling, or troubleshooting refrigeration systems or other complex technical equipment\nExperience coordinating technical tasks or projects in a workshop, manufacturing, service, or similar environment\nAbility to read and understand electrical, thermal, and P&ID drawings\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, PCSCHEMATIC, or similar technical drawing tools\nKnowledge of flow systems, fluid dynamics, and related technical documentation would be an advantage.
