You will join a collaborative team that supports one another and works with purpose, enabling you to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact every day.\nWe currently have the following shifts available:\n1stshift Mon - Thurs. 6:00am - 4:00pm\n3rd Shift Monday - Friday | 8:15 PM - 6:15 AM or 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM ($2.50 shift premium)\n4th Shift - Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM ($2.50 shift premium)\nPART TIME SHIFTS ARE NOW AVAILABLE! \n Saturday - Sunday 6:00am - 4:00pm (No Shift Premium)\nStarting Pay: $20.50 - $22.00 per hour Shift Premium $2.50 for 2nd, 3rd and 4th shiftshift\nSign on Bonus - Up to $1000, based on Experience and Shift!\nEmployees qualify for benefits starting on their first day of employment, including medical, dental, vision coverage, 401(k) plans, tuition reimbursement, an annual bonus program, and paid parental leave for all parents. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nAbility to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.\nProficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.\nBasic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.\nExhibits exceptional attention to detail and a dedicated commitment to upholding safety standards.
