Your contribution will maximize equipment uptime, enhance operational efficiency, and help deliver high-quality products while supporting our journey toward operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDrive preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for electrical equipment across Plate, Gasket, and PHE Assembly value streams. \nEnsure high equipment reliability by minimizing downtime through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. \nLead electrical maintenance projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve plant performance. \nEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, LOTO, and Danfoss EHS policies. \nDrive Continuous Improvement (DBS/Lean/TPM) initiatives to improve equipment performance, energy efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment. \nHands-on experience with industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, hydraulic presses, utilities, and automation equipment. \nStrong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance, root cause analysis, and electrical safety standards. \nExperience with TPM, Lean/DBS, SAP PM or other CMMS, with a focus on continuous improvement. \nFluency in English, Gujarati and Hindi. \nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
