Your impact is visible every day on the shop floor.\nYou’ll also be a driver of continuous improvement, turning data and hands-on insight into smarter maintenance practices that support Danfoss’ long-term operational excellence.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to increase equipment availability and reduce unplanned downtime.\n\nPlan, prepare, and schedule maintenance work with clear work orders, tools, and spare parts to minimize production disruption.\n\nAnalyze equipment failures and maintenance data to identify root causes, improve MTBF/MTTR, and drive reliability improvements.\n\nSupport new equipment projects by defining maintenance requirements, participating in commissioning, and establishing maintenance plans.\n\nManage maintenance systems and documentation to ensure accurate data, standardized procedures, and strong PM compliance.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nA Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering,\nwe value minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, or automation) within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong troubleshooting skills and hands-on knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.\nExperience working with CMMS systems for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history, plus solid Excel skills.\nAbility to read technical drawings and schematics and communicate clearly with technicians and management.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
