You'll partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams to solve problems, improve processes, and support the introduction of new technologies.\nIf you are energized by diagnosing complex equipment issues, leading improvement projects, and mentoring others while working with advanced automation and manufacturing systems, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead the diagnosis and resolution of complex equipment issues involving electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, CNC, robotic, and automated manufacturing systems.\nDrive equipment reliability by conducting root cause failure analysis (RCFA), implementing corrective actions, and supporting preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.\nServe as the primary technical resource for PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motors, sensors, safety systems, robotics, and industrial automation controls.\nPartner with Engineering and Operations teams to support equipment installations, automation upgrades, capital projects, commissioning activities, and process improvements.\nMentor and train maintenance technicians, sharing technical expertise, establishing best practices, and strengthening troubleshooting capabilities across the team.\nWhat We're Looking For\n8+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with progressively advanced troubleshooting responsibilities.\nDemonstrated expertise troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, and industrial automation systems.\nExperience supporting and diagnosing PLC-controlled equipment, industrial controls, motor controls, and related manufacturing technologies.\nStrong knowledge of AC/DC motors, VFDs, robotics, CNC equipment, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.\nProven ability to lead complex problem-solving efforts, drive equipment improvement initiatives, and perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).\nEffective communication and leadership skills with experience coaching, mentoring, or developing maintenance technicians.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
