Your work directly supports our operators, engineers, and production teams-helping ensure high-quality output and consistent delivery.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams, taking ownership of troubleshooting and repair activities while helping drive a safer, more efficient manufacturing environment.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems to support plant operations\nPerform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, CNC machines, power units, and pumping systems\nSupport assembly cells by providing timely line support and assisting with shop-floor problem solving\nDiagnose and repair electrical components such as motors, switches, relays, fans, solenoids, and heating elements\nTroubleshoot and maintain heating, ventilation, chillers, and compressor test stands while following safety and quality standards\nWhat We're Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or GED with experience in industrial maintenance or heavy manufacturing operations\nStrong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes\nAbility to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics\nWorking knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office and maintenance or test systems\nDemonstrated commitment to safety, including proper PPE use and behavioral-based safety practices\nAbility to work on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 2:00 AM)\nOne of the following is required (certification or equivalent experience):\n\nMillwright certification\nElectrical or Instrumentation Technology certification\nElectrical certification with a minimum of 400 hours of commercial electrician instruction\nElectrical Journeyman certification\nProven ability to discuss real-world PLC programming or troubleshooting scenarios\nNice to Have:\n\nAt least one year of commercial HVAC or HVAC test rig experience with troubleshooting examples\nExperience supporting CNC equipment or automated manufacturing systems\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
