Primary role will be to trouble shoot and repair issues related to equipment failures, upgrades to equipment and programming related to new equipment installs. Actively support and strive to meet the strategic goals set by the facility and Danfoss Corporation.\nThis is a 2nd Shift position.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nEssential Functions:\n\nMust be able to learn, apply, and retain new techniques, concepts and procedures required for continuously improving products, processes, services, deliveries, and overall quality.\nAbility to safely and effectively complete work requests and safety needs, ranging from replacing parts and upgrading electrical systems.\nWork cross functionally with Engineering and EHS functions to complete Capex projects.\nAlways creates/maintains a safe work environment and practices safety for self and others.\nMaintain flexibility to be able to move from work area to work area to meet the delivery expectations of the customers and the productivity goals for the plant. Able to work efficiently to establish standards without constant supervision.\nPromotes cooperation and \"team oriented\" work environment at all times under the direction of the leadership.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.\nNo relocation benefit is being offered for this position.\nPosition Criteria:\nUnderstand motor controls and drive systems, servo motors, AC & DC systems.\nTroubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems\nAnnual safety training (LOTO, Fall Protection, Arc Flash backup, HAZMAT, etc.)\nMust be able to handle heavy lifting and standing, twisting, pulling, and motions for extended periods exceeding 6 hours.\nMust be able to lift to 50lb.\nAbility to train and use lift truck, scissor lift, booms with proper fall protection.\nAttendance is required within Danfoss guidelines.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
