Your work will minimize downtime, support production goals, and ensure our teams have the equipment they need to deliver quality products to our customers.\nThis is a 3rd Shift position.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and process-related equipment issues throughout the facility.\nRespond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.\nPerform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, servicing, and documentation of completed work.\nSupport equipment rebuilds, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and performance.\nCollaborate with production, operations, and maintenance teams to maintain equipment reliability and reduce downtime.\nPromote safe work practices, ensure compliance with plant safety standards, and identify opportunities for equipment performance improvement.\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree (3) years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems (24V-480V).\nExperience using electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and shop equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications.\nCommitment to safe work practices and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
