You will be a key partner in creating a distinct advantage through excellent engineering and teamwork.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs a leader in our engineering organization, you will focus on activities that deliver the most value to our customers and our business.\nYou will:\nLead, mentor, and develop the engineering team, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, learn, and grow\nGuide the entire product lifecycle for our QDC portfolio, from initial concept and new product development to a successful launch\nCollaborate with global partners, including Product Management, Operations, and Sales, to translate market needs into reliable and effective engineering solutions\nEnsure continuous improvement is an integrated part of how we work, guiding strategic design optimization and collaborative problem-solving\nPromote Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA) principles to ensure our solutions are scalable, reliable, and ready for global production\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for a leader who is passionate about engineering excellence and people development.\nThe ideal candidate will have:\nA degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, combined with significant experience in product engineering or development\nExtensive experience in engineering, along with proven experience leading technical teams and having people management responsibilities\nA collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive team culture\nExperience with hydraulic quick disconnect couplings is a strong plus.
