What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the development and deployment of standardized service, repair, remanufacturing, and testing processes across Danfoss Turbocor Service
  • Centers and authorized service partners worldwide.
  • Drive the successful launch of new service offerings, repair programs, product upgrades, and firmware/software updates by defining processes, validating methods, and supporting implementation.
  • Improve key business metrics such as turnaround time (TAT), first-pass yield, warranty performance, and RMA cycle time through data-driven process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Partner with global teams to establish service KPIs, process controls, tooling standards, and technician training programs that enable consistent service quality and performance.
  • Conduct process audits, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions to support compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
  • Support global service center growth through capacity planning, test stand harmonization, equipment optimization, and standardized tooling strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, and at least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, service engineering, aftermarket operations, or a related engineering environment.
  • Proven experience developing and standardizing service, repair, remanufacturing, or manufacturing processes across multiple sites or locations.
  • Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI), new service introductions, process validation, and production or service launches.
  • Strong knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools, including PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, 8D, process capability, and corrective action methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP and operational systems, with highly preferred expertise integrating equipment and processes with SAP and SIT systems.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a global environment.

What You'll Get from Us

  • We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
  • You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
  • We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
  • You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about-we think they’re pretty great.
