You will combine practical engineering expertise with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable operational improvements.\nWorking closely with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams, you will help create safer, more efficient, and more capable manufacturing processes that drive quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDevelop and improve manufacturing and test processes to increase quality, productivity, and operational performance.\nSupport new product introduction projects by ensuring production and testing requirements are built in from the start.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and problem-solving methods to reduce waste, improve flow, and increase efficiency.\nManage capital investment projects from business case through implementation to deliver measurable manufacturing benefits.\nMaintain accurate production standards, process documentation, and manufacturing data to support consistent, reliable operations.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRelevant qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Production Engineering, such as HNC / HND level or equivalent\nExperience in manufacturing, process, product, or production engineering within a technical manufacturing environment.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements to develop practical engineering solutions.\nExperience improving manufacturing processes, assembly methods, testing systems, or production performance.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving techniques.\nStrong communication and project coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across operational and engineering teams.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
