Your ideas will help us simplify processes, improve visibility, and make better data-driven decisions.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nHelp modernize legacy Microsoft Access databases using Microsoft SQL Server, Power Platform, and related technologies.\n\nSupport the development of an internal Manufacturing Execution System (MES) that improves shopfloor data collection, accessibility, and visibility.\n\nBuild reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that help manufacturing and quality teams identify trends and make informed decisions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes and explore AI-assisted solutions that improve reporting, data analysis, and workflow efficiency.\n\nPartner with engineers, shopfloor employees, and other business users to understand requirements, improve system functionality, and document workflows, data structures, and system changes.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou are currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n\nYou have experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and exposure to tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Python, databases, or other programming technologies.\n\nYou bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and are interested in using technology to solve practical manufacturing challenges.\n\nYou communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with people across manufacturing, engineering, quality, and business teams.\n\nYou are organized, curious, and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn new technologies, contribute ideas, and respectfully challenge existing ways of working.\n\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
