The environment is dynamic, with multiple projects running simultaneously and a strong focus on turning new ideas into stable and scalable manufacturing solutions.\nA key part of the role is staying close to production. By working hands-on with operators, technicians, quality specialists, and fellow engineers, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, address issues before they become larger problems, and help build the foundation for successful serial production.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs part of our Manufacturing Technology team, you'll support the maturation of both products and processes in our Early Launch Center while helping ensure a smooth transition into serial production.\nAnalyze quality and production performance data, including scrap, FPY, rework, and downtime, to identify improvement opportunities and increase process stability\nDrive quality and productivity improvements that reduce waste, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen production readiness\nMaintain and develop quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, and SOPs, ensuring compliance with IATF 16949 requirements\nLead and support change control activities, manufacturing readiness initiatives, and new product introduction projects\nFacilitate root cause investigations, customer claim activities, and LEAN or Kaizen workshops, working closely with production teams to solve challenges at the source\nSuccess in this role requires balancing analytical problem-solving with a practical, hands-on approach. You'll spend time both on the shop floor and behind the data, collaborating with colleagues across functions to ensure products and processes are ready for full-scale production.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and thrives at the intersection of quality, production, and continuous improvement.\nEssential qualifications:\nExperience from a manufacturing, production, quality, or process-focused environment\nKnowledge of quality assurance methodologies and continuous improvement practices\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into practical improvements\nAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong relationships on the shop floor\nFluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken\nPreferred qualifications:\nA degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Technology, or a related technical field\nExperience with LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies\nKnowledge of IATF 16949 and quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, and MSA\nBeyond your experience and technical skills, you're curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where several projects move forward simultaneously.
