You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a master production schedule that serves as the heartbeat of our factory. By aligning with our Sales, Inventory, and Operations Plan (SIOP), your schedule will guide our Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system to ensure that we optimize capacity, manage inventory effectively, and meet our customers' expectations.\nITAR Compliance Notice:This position requires use of or access to information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (‘Green Card Holder’), Political Asylee, or Refugee.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nMaster Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and level-load a valid master schedule based on the SIOP sales goals, ensuring it reflects all known capacity and material constraints along with any unique demands of the customer. \nMRP & Production Execution: Direct the MRP system to generate accurate purchase requisitions and detailed production schedules for the shop floor. Release workload timely to the machines, assembly and shipping areas considering the capacity constraints of each area. \nPriority Management: Lead weekly demand control reviews, communicating order priorities and quantities to the plant to meet performance goals for on-time delivery, past-due orders, and inventory. \nCustomer Focus: Proactively communicate with Customer Service to resolve any orders that cannot be fulfilled as requested. Monitor sales order dates to highlight and close gaps in customer expectations. \nOperational Planning: Provide essential input to the Operations team for short-term and long-term planning regarding headcount, shifts, and capital investments needed to achieve the sales plan. \nProblem Solving: Resolve demand and supply conflicts within 24 hours of order entry. Investigate and help correct the root causes of inventory errors. \n Process Improvement: Perform regular audits of item master data and lead times. Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by managing the impact of engineering, changes on inventory and customer orders. Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Assist with inventory control projects to improve accuracy and OTD. \nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Background & Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. \nMinimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain. \nHands-on experience with SAP is required. \nStrong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform well in a demanding environment. \nProficiency in English (both written and verbal). \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in a complex, high-mix industrial manufacturing environment. \nAdvanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. \nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
