You will see your projects come to life, contributing to a more sustainable and streamlined supply chain that delivers for our customers every day.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nYou will automate and enhance critical reports in SAP, giving our teams the data they need to excel in materials planning, purchasing, and inventory management.\nYou will design and build powerful reporting tools and dashboards using VBA, Microsoft Excel, and Power Query, improving how we track and analyze performance.\nYou will analyze planning and delivery data to uncover root causes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive meaningful change in our processes.\nYou will collaborate with teams in Manufacturing, Logistics, and Purchasing to improve reporting accuracy and create more efficient workflows.\nYou will standardize and document new processes, helping convert manual tasks into automated solutions that will be adopted across the organization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, PivotTables, and Power Query.\nExperience with VBA programming or other report automation tools is highly preferred.\nA natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large datasets.\nA self-motivated and collaborative individual who can manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with people at all levels.\nFamiliarity with SAP, Power BI, or SQL is a plus, but not required.\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
