You’ll collaborate with talented peers across mechanical, electronics, software, and test disciplines in a culture built on trust and shared goals.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign and integrate compressor systems to deliver reliable, high-performance products ready for production\n Run simulations and engineering analyses (stress, thermal, vibration, fluid flow) to validate designs and improve performance\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to ensure manufacturability, cost efficiency, and quality outcomes\n Create and maintain engineering documentation (CAD models, drawings, DFMEAs, specifications) to ensure design accuracy and traceability\nLead and contribute to design reviews and mentorship to strengthen technical decisions and support team development\nWhat We're Looking For\nA minimum of 3+ years of experience in mechanical design of rotating equipment (e.g., compressors, HVAC/R systems, or similar)\nBachelors or post-graduate degree in mechanical, mechetronics, aerospace or aero-thermal engineering or equivilent\nProficiency with 3D CAD tools (such as NX, SolidWorks, or CATIA) and engineering analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB)\nSolid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and GD&T/tolerance analysis\nProven ability to solve complex engineering challenges and deliver designs from concept through validation\nEffective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional engineering environments\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.\nYou’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
