This position plays a critical role in supporting product development and production by analyzing test results, maintaining equipment standards, and enabling continuous improvement initiatives.\nSponsorship is not available for this position.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:\nSet up, execute, and document engineering experiments to support product development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives \nAnalyze and interpret test data to identify trends, evaluate product performance, and support engineering recommendations \nMaintain and verify calibration of test equipment to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with established standards \nPerform basic fabrication and assembly of test fixtures and prototypes to support testing activities \nTroubleshoot and support technical equipment to ensure consistent and efficient operation in test and manufacturing environments \nCollaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and product performance\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired qualifications\nAssociate degree, two-year technical degree in a relevant field, or working expereince in similar field \nMinimum of five years of relevant technical or manufacturing experience \nStrong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using test equipment and manufacturing tools\nProficiency with instrumentation and related software used for test setup, data acquisition, and analysis\nPreferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, engineering technology, or a related field\nExperience troubleshooting and maintaining technical equipment in an engineering or manufacturing environment\nHands-on experience with industrial clutches and brakes, including assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or maintenance\nJob Criteria\nDemonstrated ability to learn and apply new and existing technologies quickly and effectively\nHighly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment, including sitting or standing for extended periods\nAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs\nWhat You'll Get from Us\nAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
